speedy recovery staff if i'm not mistaken is implemented already.
and you can pretty much get it for "free" since it's a battlegrounds weapon.

you can just go battlegrounds, collect badges and well.. sooner or later you'll find yourself in hands of it.

you would be looking at:
Strong Recovery Wand (Bravery 100)
Speedy Recovery Wand (Valor 100)

if you're obsessed with having very high heals you may just want strong recovery wand
strong recovery wand = 14% more heal
+10 Staff of Recovery = 15% more heal
+ 9 Staff of Recovery = 13.5% more heal

you should be able to draw your conclusion from this

The Glorius Staff of recovery (KvM weapon) isn't implemented. :O

Doing Hwiz MvP with a WS you'd have to stock up on MDef (40+) and wear a Swordfish Carded Armor.

Everything, that gives INT. For example Crown[1], Lord's Clothes[1], Evil Druid, Isilla(Snake Lord's better) and others

P.S. You can keep 2 Orlean's gloves since they give -10% cast reduction with orlean's server. And there are no INT giving cards in accessories, so choose between 2x Zerom, 2x Alligator or Smokie + Zerom/Alligator
